This package includes:

• The Pre-test Interview
• Formulating questions used on the test
• Recording a minimum of three test charts
• Numerically scoring each chart
• Providing test ressults within 24 hours after completion of testing
• A comprehensive forensic report which details the testing procedure used a detailed written analysis of the test data, the questions asked during the test and all signed documents and declarations made by the examinee.

 

Pay for this test in full at time of booking and receive $100 off the total cost.

An audio and visual recording on DVD of your test is available for purchase for an additional fee of $500. This fee must be paid at the time of your examination and the DVD will be delivered within 7 business days by post.

For all testing, a deposit of 50% of the package fee is required at the time your appointment is booked. Under no circumstances will appointments be scheduled without a deposit. . Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the test for a full refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the test time will forfeit the deposit. If the test is paid in full, 50% of your total cost will be refunded. If you choose to reschedule within the 48 hours before your test time, your deposit will be held for 1 rescheduled appointment. After that, any rescheduling will require the 50% deposit of a new test appointment and you forfeit your first deposit.
